The Pre-Release Brawl offered everyone the opportunity to play with Deathwing, Worldbreaker, but the event pool did not include all other not-owned cards from CATACLYSM expansion. To play other CATACLYSM cards you’d need to open them from the packs first.

Hi Joe,
Sands of Time card will become available to everyone in patch 35.2.
To obtain it, players will need to have an Across the Timeways pack in their inventory after the patch is live, and navigate to the pack opening screen.

Could you please make sure you’re checking your collection on the right region, riiborn?
Logging into incorrect game region is usually the most common reason for missing skins/bundles.

Those cards are removed from Core. Please see here.
If these cards are not part of your Collection anymore, it means you only had the Core versions which no longer exist.
Please check the links shared above to see whether the other missing Legendaries were part of the Core set.
